Current Bylaws
Proposed Bylaws
AzNHA's Board of Directors is
proposing a new set Bylaws for ratification by voting
members. Please review the potential changes and, if
you are one of AzNHA's voting Members In Good Standing, be
prepared to cast your vote on this subject in February.
Voting will commence on February 1, 2012 and will conclude
on February 29, 2012. To accommodate our statewide
membership voting will be conducted via email ballot;
specific instructions will accompany the Association's
ballot.
