The Association's Code of Business Ethics and Practices

The Arizona Non-Medical Home Care Association and its members recognize the importance of codifying and making known to the non-medical home care industry and to the general public the ethical principles that guide the work of non-medical home care service providers, other professionals providing home care services, and their associated staffs.

Ethical dilemmas occur when values are in conflict. We significantly influence the well being of our clients, and their families by providing non-medical home care services. We have a special obligation to ensure client's rights and our obligations to our clients are administered with the utmost care and concern. The Arizona Non-Medical Home Care Association Code of Ethics states the values to which we are committed, and embodies the ethical responsibilities of the profession in this changing environment.
