Collection: We collect no information on consumers
who browse our Web page. We only collect Business Information that is
normally available to the public. We collect no personal or financial
information from Members or visitors. We use the information we collect from
Members to process Members’ Applications. That information is posted on the
Association’s Web Site for informational purposes for visitors to preview.
If personal
information is submitted to us, we follow generally accepted industry
standards to protect that personal information, both during transmission and
once we receive it. However, no method of transmission over the Internet, or
method of electronic storage, is 100% secure. Therefore, while we strive to
use commercially acceptable means to protect your personal information, we
cannot guarantee its absolute security.

Business
Information:
Since the Arizona Non-Medical Home Care
Association Members or users of our Web Site are doing so in their capacity
as employees or companies, or consumers, the information we collect from
Members is "Business Information" (rather than information about you
individually, such as your personal or financial information, etc.). For
these purposes, we have defined "Business Information" as any information
that identifies, or may identify, a company, its employees or an individual
contact at a company or that allows others to contact a company or an
individual contact at a company.

Member’s
Profile: We also collect Business Information when
you complete and submit an Application for process by the Association. This
information includes company name and contact information and certain other
information about you and/or your business and the services your business
may provide. We use this information in accordance with this policy to
identify you, your business, and to process your Application. In addition,
this Business Information is used to create a "Member’s Profile" that is
posted on the Association’s web Site and available for the public to review.

Release
Statement: Each Member, when signing the
Association’s Application for Membership, grants the Arizona Non-Medical
Home Care Association ( the "Association") or its authorized agents the
rights to use Business Information, as defined above, for informational,
publicity, or promotional purposes without prior notification. Members
understand and agree that their Business Information may appear in printed
materials published by the Association, on the Association’s web site, in
the Association’s presentations or exhibits, in newspapers or magazines, or
on television. Members agree to hold the Association and its other Members
harmless from all claims related to the Association’s or its agents’ use of
their Business Information for these purposes. Members, also, agree that the
Association is under no obligation to them or any other party to use their
Business Information.

Disclosure of Your Business
Information: From time
to time, the Arizona Non-Medical Home Care
Association may be required to release Business
Information:
1) to comply with valid legal
requirements such as a law, regulation,
search warrant, subpoena or court order;
2) to enforce or apply the
terms of any of the Association’s Code of
Business Ethics and Standards of Service
with consumers; or
3) in special cases, such as
protecting the rights, property or safety of
Arizona Non-Medical Home Care Association,
our Members or others.
We will also provide Business
Information to Members and visitors to our Web

You can always update the Business Information
that you have provided to us and/or make changes
